OPNAE(opnae.com)와 OPNAE Jukebox(jukebox.opnae.com, 이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 서비스는 참가자에게 로그인을 요구하지 않고, 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
· 방: 방 코드, 방 이름(방장이 직접 쓴 글, 선택), 방 비밀번호의 변환값(원문 저장 안 함, 선택), 방을 만든 기기임을 확인하는 난수, 만든 시각·마지막 사용 시각
· 대기열: 넣은 영상의 ID·제목·채널 이름(YouTube 에 공개된 정보), 닉네임(선택), 넣은 기기를 가리키는 되돌릴 수 없는 변환값(해시), 넣은 시각과 재생 여부
· 방장 로그인(선택): Google 계정 고유번호를 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값 하나. 이름·이메일·프로필 사진은 받지 않고, Google 이 발급한 토큰도 저장하지 않습니다.
· 장난 방지: 접속 IP 와 기기 값을 합쳐 바꾼 해시를 1분 동안 메모리에서만 셉니다. 데이터베이스나 기록에 남기지 않습니다.
· 서비스를 전달하는 Cloudflare 는 보안과 전송을 위해 접속 정보(IP 주소·브라우저 정보 등)를 처리합니다. 서비스는 이를 따로 모으거나 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
방과 대기열을 함께 보고 곡을 넣는 기능, 방장 확인, 장난 방지, 오래 쓰지 않은 방의 정리에만 씁니다. 다른 목적으로 쓰거나 판매하지 않습니다.
3. 다른 참가자에게 보이는 정보
주크박스는 여럿이 함께 쓰는 기능입니다. 방 이름, 대기열의 곡, 곡을 넣은 사람의 닉네임은 방 코드나 초대 링크를 가진 사람에게 보입니다. 닉네임에 실명이나 연락처를 쓰지 마세요.
4. 보관 기간과 파기
· 방장이 로그인하지 않은 방: 마지막으로 쓴 날부터 30일이 지나면 방과 대기열을 모두 자동 삭제합니다.
· 방장이 계정에 저장한 방: 마지막으로 쓴 날부터 1년이 지나면 자동 삭제합니다.
· 방장이 '방 없애기'를 누르면 그 즉시 방과 대기열을 모두 삭제합니다. 대기열에서 뺀 곡은 그 즉시 삭제합니다.
· 재생이 끝난 곡 기록은 방과 함께 삭제됩니다.
· 방장 로그인 쿠키는 로그아웃하면 즉시, 아니면 마지막 로그인 후 180일이 지나면 사라집니다.
· 삭제는 매일 자동으로 실행하며, 삭제한 정보는 복구할 수 없게 지웁니다.
5. 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장하는 정보
방장 확인 값, 잠긴 방 출입 값, 내가 넣은 곡을 가려내는 값, 최근 들어간 방 목록, 닉네임, 화면 언어, 링크 안내를 본 여부는 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소에만 남습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
6. 쿠키
· 필수 쿠키: 방장이 로그인했을 때만 쓰는 서명된 세션 쿠키 1개(jb.sess). 참가자에게는 만들지 않습니다.
· 광고 쿠키: 아래 7항의 광고를 위해 Google 이 쿠키를 쓸 수 있습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부해도 주크박스는 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다(방장 로그인만 안 됩니다).
7. 광고 (Google AdSense)
opnae.com 과 주크박스 첫 화면에 Google 광고가 나올 수 있습니다. 방 화면과 플레이어 화면에는 광고가 없습니다.
· Google 을 포함한 제3자 공급업체는 쿠키를 사용하여 이용자의 이전 방문 기록을 바탕으로 광고를 게재합니다.
· Google 광고 설정(https://www.google.com/settings/ads)에서 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있고, https://www.aboutads.info 에서 제3자 공급업체의 쿠키 사용을 해제할 수 있습니다.
· 자세한 내용은 https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads 를 참고하세요.
· 방·대기열·닉네임 정보는 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
8. 제3자 제공
이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
9. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡기며, 정보는 업체의 국외(미국 등) 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이전은 서비스를 이용할 때 네트워크로 이루어집니다.
· Cloudflare, Inc.(미국) — 서비스 호스팅·데이터베이스·전송. 1항의 방·대기열 정보. 4항의 보관 기간까지.
· Google LLC(미국) — 방장 로그인(선택 시 계정 고유번호 확인), YouTube 플레이어, 광고. 각 기능을 쓸 때 Google 이 처리하는 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.
국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 않거나 방장 로그인을 하지 않으면 됩니다. 이 경우 주크박스를 쓸 수 없거나 방 보관 기간이 30일이 됩니다.
10. YouTube API 서비스
서비스는 YouTube API Services(YouTube 플레이어와 영상 정보 조회)를 사용합니다. 플레이어 화면에서 영상을 재생하면 YouTube 가 쿠키 등을 처리할 수 있으며, Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)과 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)이 함께 적용됩니다. 서비스는 이용자의 YouTube·Google 계정 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
11. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자기 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
· 방장은 '방 없애기'로 방과 대기열을 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
· 참가자는 내가 넣은 곡을 대기열에서 바로 뺄 수 있습니다.
· 방장 로그인은 로그아웃으로 끝낼 수 있고, Google 계정 설정(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
· 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이(10일 안에) 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
12. 안전성 확보 조치
· 모든 통신은 HTTPS 로 암호화합니다.
· 방 비밀번호·기기 값·계정 고유번호는 되돌릴 수 없는 변환값으로만 저장합니다.
· 세션 쿠키는 서명해 위조를 막습니다.
· 데이터베이스에는 운영자만 접근할 수 있습니다.
13. 아동
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동은 방장 로그인을 하지 않아야 합니다.

15. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다.
시행일: 2026-10-20 (주크박스를 별도 서비스로 분리 — 참가자 로그인 없음, 방장 선택 로그인, 방 보관 30일·1년. 이전 방침은 재생목록 도구와 함께 쓰던 것으로, 재생목록 도구는 이제 이 방침의 대상이 아닙니다.)

Privacy Policy
OPNAE (opnae.com) and OPNAE Jukebox (jukebox.opnae.com, "the Service") handle your information as follows. The Service does not ask guests to sign in and never collects names, email addresses or phone numbers.
1. Information we process
· Rooms: room code, room name (written by the host, optional), an irreversible transform of the room password (never the password itself, optional), a random value proving which device created the room, created and last-used times
· Queue: the ID, title and channel name of each added video (public YouTube information), a nickname (optional), an irreversible hash identifying the device that added it, the time it was added and whether it has played
· Host sign-in (optional): a single irreversible transform of your Google account number. We do not receive your name, email or profile photo, and we do not store any token issued by Google.
· Abuse prevention: a hash of your IP address combined with a device value is counted in memory for one minute only. It is never written to the database or to logs.
· Cloudflare, which delivers the Service, processes connection information (IP address, browser information, etc.) for security and delivery. The Service does not separately collect or store it.
2. Purpose
Only to let people view a room and its queue together and add songs, to confirm the host, to prevent abuse, and to clean up rooms that are no longer used. It is never used for anything else or sold.
3. What other people can see
Jukebox is a shared feature. The room name, the songs in the queue and the nickname of whoever added them are visible to anyone with the room code or invite link. Do not use your real name or contact details as a nickname.
4. Retention and deletion
· Rooms whose host is not signed in: the room and its queue are deleted automatically 30 days after last use.
· Rooms saved to the host's account: deleted automatically 1 year after last use.
· When the host presses "Delete room", the room and its queue are deleted immediately. A song removed from the queue is deleted immediately.
· Records of songs that have played are deleted together with the room.
· The host sign-in cookie is removed immediately on sign-out, otherwise 180 days after the last sign-in.
· Deletion runs automatically every day, and deleted information cannot be recovered.
5. Information stored only in your browser
Host keys, locked-room passes, the value that identifies the songs you added, your recent rooms, your nickname, the display language and whether you have seen the link guide stay only in your browser's storage. They disappear when you clear the site's data in your browser.
6. Cookies
· Essential: one signed session cookie (jb.sess), only when a host signs in. Guests never get it.
· Advertising: Google may use cookies for the advertising in section 7. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; Jukebox still works (only host sign-in will not).
7. Advertising (Google AdSense)
Google ads may appear on opnae.com and on the Jukebox start page. There are no ads on room or player screens.
· Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
· You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads), and opt out of third-party vendors' cookie use at https://www.aboutads.info.
· See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads for details.
· Room, queue and nickname information is never used for advertising.
8. Sharing with third parties
We never provide or sell your information to third parties, except when required by law.
9. Service providers and international transfer
We use the providers below to run the Service, and information may be processed on their servers outside Korea (e.g. in the United States). Transfer happens over the network when you use the Service.
· Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, database and delivery. The room and queue information in section 1, for the periods in section 4.
· Google LLC (USA) — host sign-in (checking the account number, only if you choose to sign in), the YouTube player, and advertising. Information Google processes for these features is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
If you do not want this transfer, do not use the Service or do not sign in as a host. In that case you cannot use Jukebox, or your room is kept for 30 days.
10. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube player and video information lookup). When a video plays on the player screen, YouTube may process cookies and similar data, and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) also apply. The Service does not access your YouTube or Google account data.
11. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your information.
· Hosts can delete a room and its queue right away with "Delete room".
· Guests can remove the songs they added right away.
· Hosts can end sign-in by signing out, and disconnect the app in Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
· For anything else, contact us below; we will handle it without delay (within 10 days) and tell you the result.
12. Security measures
· All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
· Room passwords, device values and account numbers are stored only as irreversible transforms.
· Session cookies are signed to prevent forgery.
· Only the operator can access the database.
13. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and children under 14 should not sign in as a host.

15. Changes
If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page with a new effective date. Important changes to your rights will be announced 7 days in advance.
Effective date: 2026-10-20 (Jukebox split into its own service — no guest sign-in, optional host sign-in, rooms kept for 30 days or 1 year. The previous policy covered the playlist tool, which is no longer part of this policy.)
