제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 OPNAE(opnae.com)와 OPNAE Jukebox(jukebox.opnae.com, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
서비스는 다음 기능을 무료로 제공합니다.
· 방을 만들고 초대 링크·방 코드로 사람을 부르는 기능
· 로그인 없이 YouTube 링크를 붙여넣어 대기열에 곡을 넣고 순서를 바꾸는 기능
· 방장 기기에서 대기열을 차례로 재생하는 플레이어
· 방장의 선택 로그인 — 방을 계정에 저장해 다른 기기에서도 방장이 되고 방을 오래 보관
제3조 (YouTube 서비스 약관)
서비스는 YouTube API Services 를 사용하며, 곡은 YouTube 플레이어로 재생됩니다. 서비스를 이용하면 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보 처리는 서비스의 개인정보처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.
제4조 (방과 보관)
· 방장은 방을 만든 기기, 또는 방을 저장한 계정으로 로그인한 기기입니다. 방장만 플레이어를 열고 방 설정을 바꾸고 방을 없앨 수 있습니다.
· 방장이 로그인하지 않은 방은 마지막으로 쓴 날부터 30일, 계정에 저장한 방은 1년이 지나면 자동으로 삭제되며 되살릴 수 없습니다.
· 방을 만든 기기의 브라우저 데이터를 지우면, 계정에 저장하지 않은 방은 방장 권한을 되찾을 수 없습니다.
제5조 (이용자의 책임)
· 방 이름·닉네임·대기열의 곡은 같은 방의 다른 사람에게 보입니다. 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 불쾌감·혐오감을 주는 내용, 개인정보를 올리지 않아야 합니다.
· 영업장 등 공중이 모이는 곳에서 음악을 틀 때 필요한 공연권 등 저작권 관련 허락은 이용자가 직접 확인하고 받아야 합니다. 서비스는 이를 대신하지 않습니다.
· 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 자동화된 방법으로 과도하게 요청하지 않아야 합니다.
제6조 (서비스 제공의 한계)
· 장난을 막기 위해 한 사람이 1분에 넣을 수 있는 곡 수와 방 하나의 대기열 길이에 상한이 있습니다.
· YouTube 에서 다른 사이트 재생을 막은 영상은 재생되지 않고 건너뜁니다. 모바일 브라우저는 화면이 꺼지면 재생을 멈출 수 있습니다.
· 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 무료로 제공되며, 중단·오류·데이터 유실이 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. 기능은 예고 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (이용 제한)
이 약관이나 YouTube 서비스 약관을 어기는 방·곡·닉네임은 알리지 않고 삭제하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (광고)
opnae.com 과 주크박스 첫 화면에 광고가 나올 수 있습니다. 방 화면과 플레이어 화면에는 광고를 두지 않습니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 데이터 손실에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자가 올린 방 이름·닉네임·곡과 그 재생에 관한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제10조 (약관 변경)
약관이 바뀌면 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다.
제11조 (준거법)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of OPNAE (opnae.com) and OPNAE Jukebox (jukebox.opnae.com, "the Service").
2. What the Service does
The Service provides the following free of charge:
· Creating a room and inviting people with an invite link or room code
· Adding songs to a shared queue by pasting YouTube links, and reordering it — no sign-in needed
· A player on the host's device that plays the queue in order
· Optional host sign-in — save a room to your account to host it from any device and keep it longer
3. YouTube Terms of Service
The Service uses YouTube API Services, and songs play in the YouTube player. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Your information is handled under the Service's Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
4. Rooms and retention
· The host is the device that created the room, or a device signed in with the account the room is saved to. Only the host can open the player, change room settings and delete the room.
· Rooms whose host is not signed in are deleted automatically 30 days after last use, and rooms saved to an account after 1 year. Deleted rooms cannot be restored.
· If the browser data on the device that created a room is cleared, host rights to a room that was not saved to an account cannot be recovered.
5. Your responsibility
· Room names, nicknames and queued songs are visible to others in the same room. Do not post anything that infringes others' rights, is offensive or hateful, or contains personal information.
· When playing music in a business or other public place, you are responsible for obtaining any public performance or other copyright licences. The Service does not provide them.
· Do not interfere with the Service or send excessive automated requests.
6. Limitations
· To prevent abuse, there are limits on how many songs one person can add per minute and on the length of each room's queue.
· Videos whose owners have disabled playback on other sites are skipped. Mobile browsers may stop playback when the screen turns off.
· The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", without any warranty against interruptions, errors or data loss. Features may change or stop without notice.
7. Restriction of use
Rooms, songs or nicknames that violate these terms or the YouTube Terms of Service may be removed, or use restricted, without notice.
8. Advertising
Ads may appear on opnae.com and on the Jukebox start page. Room and player screens have no ads.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the Service. Users are responsible for the room names, nicknames and songs they post and for playing them.
10. Changes
If these terms change, we will announce it on this page with a new effective date. Changes unfavourable to users will be announced 7 days in advance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
